High-Torque Silent Clock Movement – for large wall clocks

Powerful, silent quarz clock movement, specially designed for large wall clocks with long, heavy hands. While normal clock movements reach their limits with hands over 17 cm, this high-torque movement provides enough power for hands up to 30 cm and more.

The reinforced motor reliably and precisely moves even heavy aluminum hands – and the movement remains absolutely silent.

Perfect for large-format DIY clocks, XXL wall clocks, or design projects with oversized hands.

Shaft length → max. dial thickness:

• H-16 → up to 6 mm
• H-20 → up to 11 mm
• H-32 → up to 21 mm

Important: This clock movement has a different hand fitting than standard clock movements. It is only compatible with our 2-part XXL hand sets (hour and minute hand, without second hand).

Assembly:

1. If necessary, attach the metal hanger to the movement (if the clock is to hang on the wall).
2. Place accessories on the shaft in the following order: first the rubber washer, then the copper washer.
3. Guide the shaft through the hole in the dial from the back.
4. On the front, screw on and tighten the nut screw.
5. Place the hour hand on the white plastic shaft.
6. Place the minute hand on the silver metal shaft.
7. Screw the hand nut onto the thread of the metal shaft – it holds the minute hand in place.
8. Align both hands to 12:00 and ensure they are parallel to each other.
9. Set the time using the adjustment wheel on the back.
10. Insert the battery. If the movement is running, correct the time again with the adjustment wheel if necessary.
